111 Startups head, Vikrant Bhujbalrao and the enthusiastic team is all set to host an event on February 13th that aims to help entrepreneurs with information about legal aspects of startups. The event would be an interactive session with Mr.Sushanth who will answer their legal queries.
A good CA may prove to be helpful to take care of firm registration, accounting, and taxation processes. CA with good knowledge about setting up startups can also help you choose payment gateway for your tech startup. They can help you in getting TIN number, partnership deeds, bank account, and PAN number, etc. in place. But he or she may not prove to be helpful when it comes to dealing with cyberlaws. Every tech startup needs to comply with IT Act 2000.
PM Modi’s announcements regarding Startup India Action Plan did create enthusiasm in the existing and future entrepreneurs. However, getting Inter-Ministerial Board’s validation regarding innovative nature of the startup may not prove to be everyone’s cup of tea.
If your startup deals in healthcare products or medicines, you should be ready to face stringent regulations. Some startups may also require operating license from the Reserve Bank of India. Regulations may vary depending on the product or service that your startup is offering. We have to agree, there is still a lot of uncertainty when it comes to regulations and laws for startups in India.
To make things easy for small, medium, and large startups and their entrepreneurs, Pune-based ‘111 Startups’ has organized an event that would be chaired by IT and cyberlaws expert Mr. Sushanth Samrudrala.
Event’s leading speaker is techno legal consultant. He is the CEO of Hyderabad-based cyberlaw consulting firm-Sushanth IT Law Associates. He is also the author of eBook called “Websites & Indian Cyber Law.” Most importantly, Sushanth Samrudrala is popular because of his app “Cyber Law 4 u.” This app promotes awareness about cyberlaws in the country.
There is a lot of confusion when it comes to understanding cyberlaws that ecommerce site developers and mobile application developers need to be well versed about. Sushanth IT Law Associate’s CEO has considerable experience in training government officials, students, and other professionals about cyberlaws and related legal issues. He regularly writes for national, international journals and also interacts with journalists as cyberlaw expert while debating on issues related to cybercrime, social media, mobile apps, and more.
Here are some details regarding the event
