Ek Tha Tiger- Yash Chopra

Bollywood’s iconic producer and director – Yash Chopra left for his heavenly journey on October 21st 2012. He was hospitalized since last few days as he was suffering from Dengue.

Yash Chopra started his career as a director with Dhool Ka Phool (1959) which was produced by his elder brother – B R Chopra. Yash Chopra came into lime light because of his commercially successful movies like- waqt (1965), Daag: A Poem of Love (1973), Deewar (1975), Trishul (1978) and more. He had recently completed 95 % of his directorial venture titled- ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ featuring Sharukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.

Yash Chopra has produced most of Bollywood’s super hits like- Daag, Kala Patthar, Chandani, Darr, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayange, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Dhoom, Veer Zara, Dhoom 2, Chak De India, Rab Ne Bana De Jodi, and India’s biggest hit- Ek Tha Tiger. Yash Chopra’s last directorial venture – Jab Tak Hai Jaan is almost ready, we hope that it breaks the record of Ek Tha Tiger and becomes India’s most successful movie.
