Mumbai-based anti-corruption activist Sunil Toke has written to the HC seeking an investigation into justice Loya’s death.

Journalist Niranjan Takle and Caravan’s recent report containing details about CBI judge Brijgopal Harkishan Loya’s death has raised several eyebrows. His family members believe there’s some foul play behind the CBI Judge’s death.

Now, Mumbai Police’s anti-corruption campaigner, head-constable Sunil Toke has written a letter to the Mumbai High Court requesting them to look into this case and order investigation if required.

“I have submitted my written request on November 24, 2017. I have urged the Honorable Chief Justice of the High Court to conduct an inquiry under the court’s supervision. The court should consider looking into the grievances raised by Loya’s family members. He was an upright and honest judge” said Tope while interacting with Cyber Journal 24 Web News.
